"Just get some activity going in your life. Don’t just sit at home and cry, which is what I did for about two weeks. Then after that, I moved on and went out a lot. I thought going out and meeting new people would keep my mind off my ex. But it didn’t work. That’s when I concentrated more on work and started going to the gym. And I started becoming more comfortable with myself that my ex-boyfriend didn’t matter anymore."
